With a distinguished career in higher education, Dr. Sapienza has served as faculty, Chair, Dean, and Provost, holding leadership roles at the University of Florida and Jacksonville University. Kaitlyn Shrum, MA, CCC-SLP, QOM, CMT, certBBM specializes in helping both children and adults retrain their breath for better health and performance. Her background includes advanced training in orofacial myofunctional disorders, Buteyko Breathing Method, and airway-focused therapy. Kaitlyn has published research on pediatric sleep-disordered breathing and is the author of Frankie Goes to Camp, a children’s book that teaches breathwork strategies. Kaitlyn’s passion is guiding clients toward healthier breathing patterns that support energy, focus, and overall wellness.
